Fruit and Herb Salad!

Well ladies and (dan) when you are looking for something quick fresh and to bring spring to you without the warm seek out some berries and a couple of grapefruits for this pick me up salad! 

Fresh mint and Basil in equal parts with a little corse sugar or a touch of honey finish it off and a little lemon zest and bamn! spring is in the air!

Now with the lemon lime and some of the left over grapefruit you can make on killer martini! take the shaker and some crushed ice a little sugar, squeeze the lemon and the grapefruit in add a splash or a wave of vodka and the mint and basil too! shake it up and then strain into a chilled glass! garnish with some lemon and grapefruit zest and you are all set!
